FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tyler Clementi Foundation
New Director of Development
The Tyler Clementi Foundation, whose mission is to end online and offline bullying in schools, workplaces, and faith communities, has appointed Adam R. Reese, as the organization’s national Director of Development. Founder and CEO, Jane Clementi shared “I welcome Adam to our team and look forward to Adam helping the foundation continue to expand so we can reach every person in every school, workplace, and faith community with our Upstander Movement! Adam will be instrumental in helping us build a cultural norm where everyone is treated, online and offline, with the respect and dignity we all deserve, not despite our differences but rather because our differences make us all uniquely special and precious, and those differences must be celebrated!”
Adam is a native of Texas and grew up in a family full of entrepreneurs and philanthropic leaders in Southwest Oklahoma. Beginning in business at an early age, Adam understands the value of a day’s work and giving back to the community. Adam completed his B.S. in Hospitality Management, Travel, and Tourism at the University of North Texas and lived in the DFW area for more than 20 years. Adam has worked with countless number of nonprofit organizations as a consultant, auctioneer, emcee, event planner, and fundraiser! Hearing Zig Ziglar speak at an early age, Adam has lived his life by this quote; “You get everything in life that you want if you will only help enough other people get what they want.” Fast forward to today; Adam is a dedicated Rotarian of more than 12 years, sings in his church choir every Sunday, and is always willing to volunteer! Adam is excited to join Tyler Clementi Foundation and looks forward to increasing awareness across the nation as well as driving corporate and individual giving to new heights.
We hope you share in our excitement in welcoming Adam R. Reese, as we continue to create a culture of #Upstanders, where kindness, respect, and compassion are the norms!
