This Privacy Policy describes how the Tyler Clementi Foundation treats personal information on our websites and in our donation portal.

We track the number of users who download our online programs and tools, such as our Upstander Pledge, #Day1 Toolkits, and Cyber Security Toolkit.

You can terminate automatic donations. You can contact us via phone or email to terminate scheduled continuing contributions to the foundation. We will remove your automatic payments from our donation portal.
You can control cookies and tracking tools. You can manage cookies and tracking tools from your own devices.
We use standard security measures.
The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required by law.
We store information in the United States.
Information we maintain is stored within the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. This site is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection as those in your country.
