Thank you to the Catholic Bishops who have signed the statement asserting the God-given dignity of each person along with the advocacy to protect and advocate for our LGBT youth! This is following the Way, the Truth, and the Light of Jesus! As a Catholic in the Archdiocese of Detroit, I celebrate the appointment by Pope Francis of Bishop Edward Weisenburger, one of the courageous bishops who signed this document, as the new Archbishop of Detroit this morning! (2/11/25). I know that Bishop Thomas Gumbleton is praying for us.
