As a Catholic mom I’ve always taught my children that every person is made in the image of our Creator and therefore worthy of our love and respect. Thanks to the members of the clergy and religious who’ve signed onto this statement. I am disappointed my Bishop, Bishop Cecchio of the Diocese of Metuchen has not signed on. I have written to ask him to and have had no response. I will persist.
