What an incredibly powerful move in the right and, dare I say it, Christian direction.
The leadership demonstrated by these bishops and religious orders, the courage to continue doing what is right and just, and their commitment to serving and supporting the marginalized in their communities is forever going to change each and every one of their ministries for the better.
It really was one of those profound moments when thinking “this will never happen” turned into a “I can’t believe this is happening.”
